I am a dedicated professional - I hold the NFOPP Level 3 Award both in Sales and Residential Letting; nationally recognised and accredited qualifications.

Market Appraisals are free and without obligation - I’ll visit you in your property to advise you on the best way to market your home to achieve the best price, based on your own personal circumstances.

After that, I’ll prepare the details and photos and add your property on Rightmove & Zoopla as well as tap into my mailing list of buyers to help you to secure a buyer at the best price possible. I’ll personally book and attend all viewings, negotiate offers to maximise your price and will be by your side all the way to completion, handing over the keys to the new owner.
