Please include your name, contact details, and a brief description of your concern so we can investigate effectively.

2. Our Process and Timelines

In accordance with the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, we follow a strict timeline to ensure your concerns are addressed:

  • Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 30 days. (If you email us, you may receive an automated acknowledgement immediately).
  • Investigation: We will begin an internal investigation into your concern without undue delay. We may contact you if we need further information to verify your identity or clarify the issue.
  • Updates: If the investigation is complex and will take longer than expected, we will provide you with regular updates on our progress.
  • Outcome: Once our investigation is complete, we will notify you of the outcome in plain language, explaining the steps we have taken to resolve the matter.

3. Your Right to Escalate

We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly. However, if you remain dissatisfied with our response or how we handled your complaint, you have the right to escalate the matter to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
